The terms that govern your use of the Teach & Reach WhatsApp Program website and the WhatsApp AI-tutor service, operated by R EduVista.
Last updated: 28 July 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Teach & Reach WhatsApp Program website and WhatsApp AI-tutor service (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a school, coaching centre, college or other institution, you agree on its behalf.
Teach & Reach WhatsApp Program lets teachers and institutions build AI tutors that answer students’ doubts over the official WhatsApp Business API, grounded in the notes and materials you provide. The Program is operated by R EduVista; Badlaav SRF, a registered non-profit, supports its outreach and distribution. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the Service.
You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and, where applicable, authorised to bind your institution.
You agree not to use the Service to:
You are responsible for the material you upload and for how your tutor is used with your students. Misuse may lead to suspension by us or by Meta.
You are responsible for how students are invited to and use your tutor, and for obtaining any consent required under local law - particularly where students are minors. The Service is a study aid that supports your teaching; it does not replace the teacher or the institution’s duty of care.
The Service operates on the official WhatsApp Business API. Your use is also subject to Meta’s and WhatsApp’s applicable terms and messaging policies, including opt-in requirements and approved message templates. You agree to comply with them.
The Service is usage-based. Charges (including per-conversation fees billed by Meta and passed through at cost) are shown at sign-up and in your dashboard wallet, and are drawn from the credit you top up. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can stop using the Service at any time; changes apply going forward.
You retain ownership of the notes, materials and data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service to you - chiefly, to let your tutor answer from it. We retain all rights in the Service, our software and our brand.
AI-generated answers are grounded in the material you upload, but may still contain errors or omissions. They are a study aid, not a substitute for the teacher’s judgement or official course materials. You are responsible for reviewing outputs where accuracy matters - for example, before relying on them in assessment.
We work to keep the Service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out maintenance and may modify or discontinue parts of the Service, with notice where practical.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, R EduVista is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amounts paid to us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Service or comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may export your data beforehand.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version here with a new “last updated” date, and continued use of the Service means you accept the changes.
